Due to the nature of downloads no refunds will be given, The wrong clip ordered will be dealt with on a case by case basis. You are responsible for making sure your order is correct before you submit it to be processed and that you do not order the same clips twice. Any billing errors on our end will be taken care of immediately. If we receive a chargeback then you will be banned from ordering from Amaturefetish.com, Toejac.com, Toejac.net and Clips4sale.com If you're using a dial up connection and your ISP is not allowing a fast connection then this would be a matter you should take up with your ISP not us. All our downloads are on a high speed 100Mbps servers! All clips show you how large the file is in MB before you purchase the clip. You are responsible for checking this and making sure you don't have any problems downloading large files with your ISP.
