Mitzi works at a health center and discovers it's being used to hide insurance fraud. While she is gathering her evidence someone is out by her car cutting the brake line. She heads out to her car wearing a blouse short skirt suntan pantyhose and the shoes I just sent you She drives away leaving a puddle behind. As she's driving she notices the brakes feeling soft but continues driving. Suddenly the brakes are gone. After alot of brake pumping she finally gets the car to stop by using the emergency brake. She gets out to see a puddle by the tire and gets back into the car and calls for help explaining her situation pumping the brake pedal the entire time.
